There is so much conflicting information about nutrition; it’s not a surprise that people would give up on their own weight program to lose weight after only a few days. Lean Meats, Fish & Raw Nuts
You need lean meats in your diet to ensure you get enough iron. Iron is needed to build hemoglobin and transport oxygen to the cells throughout your body. If you don’t get enough iron in your body you run the risk of iron deficient anemia. Symptoms of anemia can include: dizziness, weakness, fatigue, headaches, and problems regulating body temperature.

Fats enable the body to use vitamins more efficiently. Be sure to include fish and raw nuts as staples in your diet so that you get some of the fats you need for your good health.
If you eliminate processed foods from your diet and replace them with poultry, beans, lean meat, raw nuts and fish, you can shed those unwanted pounds without anxiety. The weight won’t come off overnight, but it will come off. And remember, no diet plan is complete or 100% successful with out an exercise program.
